We believe in the authority and sufficiency of Scripture therefore we will ensure the Bible is soundly taught, baptism and communion are faithfully administered and church discipline is lovingly exercised.
We also assert the vital importance of being a praying community and a church characterised by an affectionate and sacrificial love for one another. We resolve to conduct our lives and our life together in obedience to the Bible and in dependence upon the Holy Spirit.
We will not act on the basis of mere tradition, habit or pragmatism.
Because Bible teaching is not an end in itself, we are committed to good Bible learning so that our thinking, our affections and our behaviour is continuously renewed to the glory of God.
