We want everyone in the church to see themselves as ministers of the gospel.
For some this will be expressed in church leadership, both lay and supported. For all it will be in their employment such as a joiner, roofer, nurse, teacher, or their role in the home. For some it will be in their political activity, or social action, artistic work etc.
Leadership in the church is vital as leaders use their gifts and leverage their role to facilitate the works of service of others.
We will shape activities around the gospel opportunities we have with unbelievers, and the gifts and passions of church members. We encourage one another to see ourselves as servants of Jesus even when that means operating outside our comfort zones.
